five holes in my heart

I've had three miscarriages.

I've had other failed IVF treatments.

But nothing could prepare me for a failed FET.

They were already embryos. Two embryos.

I now feel the loss of five children.

Five of my children. Gone. Just gone.

How does one overcome such a loss?

((Hugs)) The answer to that question is different for everyone; I hope you can find peace. You have a lot of angels watching over you to help you through this.

Julie,
We just suffered a failed adoption last Sunday, we had the baby a week and the birthmother changed her mind. I understand your feelings of loss in a different way. People keep telling me to be strong and "what is meant to be" will work out, but none of that helps. But just know that you have Chris to help you through this....find your strength and find a silver lining. However small it may be, you must find your silver lining. Even if its just that you and Chris become closer...I'm thinking about you guys.
